The Pushy Mothers system is a one-hour buggy
push workout held in public parks and open spaces.
Pushy Mothers offers the safest most effective
and specific workout which caters for all levels
of fitness, with no childcare concerns - participants
bring babies in their buggies. The workout is
a fusion of mainstream fitness exercises, dance
training and Pilates to give women the practical
skills they need to stay fit and strong for their
everyday life demands.
